Reset is a wellness and habit-tracking application available on iOS. The app helps users build lasting daily habits, practise mindfulness through guided meditations, reflect through daily journaling, and access curated wellness e-books.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Reset. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide (name, email, and any optional profile details) is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at Laura@resetapp.co if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Certain features of Reset — including full access to Habit Tracking, the Meditation Library, and Journaling — require an auto-renewable subscription ("Reset Premium"), purchased through the Apple App Store.
Prices are shown in AED but may be charged in your local currency and storefront pricing tier, as set by the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews for the same plan and duration unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you originally agreed to (subject to any price changes we notify you of in advance, as required by the App Store).
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from Profile → Manage Subscription inside the app, which opens your device's native subscription settings, or directly via Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iOS device. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period — access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
All payments are processed by Apple. Reset does not directly process refunds. Refund requests are handled entirely by Apple in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
If a free trial is offered for any plan, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited once you purchase a subscription, and payment for the subscription will be charged at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
Reset is a general wellness tool intended to support healthy habits, mindfulness, and self-reflection. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The meditation, journaling, and habit content in the app is for general informational and wellness purposes only.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your physical or mental health routine, especially if you have an existing medical condition. Do not disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read or experienced in the app.
You retain ownership of the content you create in Reset — journal entries, habit names, and profile information ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display it back to you solely to provide the app's features.
Reset has no social or sharing features — Your Content is private to your account and is never shown to other users or made public. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we store and protect this data.
When using Reset, you agree not to:
The Reset app — including its design, branding, guided meditations, e-books, and all other content we provide (excluding Your Content) — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
Reset relies on third-party infrastructure — including Google Firebase (for data storage) and the Apple App Store (for subscription billing) — to operate. Your use of these services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
You may stop using Reset and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account inside the app. Deletion is immediate and irreversible, and removes your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Reset if you violate these Terms, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us.
Reset is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reset and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Reset after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
